Mr. Buckner has been an Architect and Principal in Charge of projects for numerous major clients for Freeman-White Associates, Inc. He has extensive experience in client relations and management including contract negotiation, monitoring of client billings, project scheduling, management of project teams, budget management and control, construction firm selection, construction management, quality control, and dispute avoidance. He has provided construction administration services on over $200,000,000 worth of construction especially focused on healthcare and senior living projects primarily located in the southeastern United States.
Mr. Buckner’s 35 years of experience in construction quality control, construction administration, and dispute resolution has given him expertise to investigate and determine fact of a project from project records, contract documents, standards, and inspections of a project.
